Oleg Ryzhkov is an artist of Ukrainian origin who lives and works in Germany.
His artistic practice explores light and space as an emotional experience. The city, the sea, and the landscape become different expressions of a single theme — the interaction of light, air, and the inner state of space.
Working with simplified forms, color relationships, and concise compositions, Ryzhkov creates not so much images of specific places as spaces of perception — states of contemplation, silence, and presence.
Since 2023, Ryzhkov has held a number of solo exhibitions in Germany, including in Chemnitz and Munich. His works are held in private collections in 25 countries worldwide.
